We’re a small family business based in New Zealand, dedicated to helping people live more comfortably—naturally. Born from a desire to ease everyday pain without relying on harsh chemicals, our range of pain relief creams, gels, and sprays has been lovingly developed and improved over the past 3–5 years.
What began in a local shop has grown into a trusted brand available online and in select health stores and pharmacies. Our products are designed for people who deal with muscle aches, injuries, arthritis, cramps, or simply need relief after an active day. They're used by everyday Kiwis, athletes, and those looking for a more natural approach to recovery and well-being.

Shipping Policy
Where do you ship
We only ship within New Zealand and Australia
When will my order ship
You place your order, we process your order, then we ship your order.
Once it is dispatched, courier post will take it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Please allow 1 working day for your order to be processed by our webstore team.
For New Zealand urban orders, delivery time usually takes 2-3 working days.
Please allow an extra day for rural deliveries as our estimate for these is 2-4 working days.
For orders to Australia Urban shipping generally takes 7-10 working days.
I'm having problems with my tracking number
Sometimes it takes the courier a business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to via healme@outlook.co.nz and we will help you.
How can I edit my shipping address
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address or you want to change where it is being shipped to, please use your tracking link to adjust your address via Courier Post or email healmenz@outlook.com

Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused. You’ll also need proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Items lost in transit back to us are at the sender's responsibility.
To start a return, you can contact us at healmenz@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded.
Please note we do not refund for shipping fees paid.
Our Story Behind Making Our Pain Cream
We developed this cream to help my Mum who was confined to a chair due to chronic pain from arthritis sadly she passed away before she was able get the benefit of using it. But over the last few years this cream has been able to help give relief to alot of people and dogs.
