Based in New Plymouth, NZ under Mount Taranaki. Having health related illness in the family had us questioning how our lifestyle choices that may have had an effect on our health and well-being. Trying to source natural alternatives, lead myself and my daughter to research study gain knowledge, that turned into a passion which we turned into Heal Me

Shipping Policy

I’ve placed my order! When can I expect to receive it 

We work closely with our courier to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. You can expect your order within 3 – 5 business days from dispatch. Australia can take 10 - 14 working days


Where do you ship

We only ship within New Zealand and Australia


When will my order ship

You place your order, we process your order, then we ship your order.

Processing can take up to 1-2 business days. Once it is dispatched, courier post will take it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Keep an eye on our email.


I'm having problems with my tracking number

Sometimes it takes the courier a business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to via and we will help you.


How can I edit my shipping address

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address or you want to change where it is being shipped to, please use your tracking link to adjust your address via Courier Post or email

Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused. You’ll also need proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Items lost in transit back to us are at the sender's responsibility. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded.

Please note we do not refund for shipping fees paid.
