For use on children or those with sensitive skin, add extra water to dilute magnesium spray down to a lower % of magnesium.
(eg: 1cup of H-NZ MAGNESIUM SERUM and 1cup of distilled water) brings serum down to 25% magnesium chloride add more water to bring that percentage down if need.
How To Use:
Apply daily 2-4 times on tummy or inside of arms, soles of feet or back of neck. Apply to the tummy area a few times a day to enjoy increased feelings of well-being and reduce stress and anxiety.

If tingling persists, discontinue use in that area and try rubbing into the bottom of the feet. Tingling will reduce with each application.
